The project
We partnered with Basis Partners to create two foundational brand films: a company story video and a recruitment piece designed to attract the right people to their team.
From concept to delivery, this was a full-service production. We led script development to clearly and authentically capture their voice, values, and the impact of their work.
Filming took place at their headquarters and across active job sites throughout Colorado Springs, blending interviews with real-world b-roll to create a story that feels both polished and genuine.
